Traffic is light, making the Curteis Point are very pleasant for road-walking and cycling. 

Housing in Curteis Point consists of multi-family homes, high end Marina Way single-family housing, to the more rural country lane housing. The Curteis Point portion of the neighbourhood is relatively isolated from the rest of North Saanich located literally at the end of the road. Pleasant walking/cycling, ocean viewing are4 close at hand but most residents would depend on a small car ride to visit regional parks, swimming beaches, or sports fields.
