The chef Sabrina Reis has a modern spin on the classic sushi as she apprenticed under some fantastic Japanese chefs to learn and then made it her own. She makes the sauce for each type of sushi for optimum taste and creates a loosey-sushi option that falls apart when it hits your mouth. They are 100% sustainably and locally sourced sushi restaurant and the only one in Victoria. She offers huge party sushi boats for any event you are having every day of the week. These will be the prettiest collection of sushi you have ever seen. The fall and winter hours are Wednesday through Sunday from 12pm to 6pm. There are nights when they will stay open later, you just have to hit them on a good night.

You can easily order finger foods from the restaurant so you can enjoy a fun get together with some of the best food you can get. Rock N’ Rolls is located at 1 Dallas Road Unit C1 in Victoria. They are open from 12pm to 6pm on Wednesday through Sunday and sometimes later on the weekends during the fall and winter. The summer hours are different, however.
