Victoria is a growing community located in the heart of British Columbia. It has numerous neighbourhoods and smaller cities throughout it. Oak Bay is one of the larger of those cities. It is also one of the most exclusive communities in the area. It is home to about 18,000 people. It sits on a muddy, tidal flat that was the inner harbour at one point. The beach, especially that at Willow Beach, are impressive as well. The recreational offices provide for all of the sports offerings for adults and children here.
