Pub

Throughout British Columbia, you will find many breweries, distilleries and cideries, providing all kinds of award-winning beer, delicious spirits and hard ciders. Whether you love trying new beer or you prefer a good whiskey, you'll find a great place in BC for your next tour.

Over 50 breweries and brewpubs are found throughout the area and Victoria is one of the hotspots for brewpubs. Many distilleries and cideries are also found here and this was the birthplace of the 100 Mile Diet. A popular choice found at many brewpubs is a great craft beer paired with west coast cuisine.

Another part of the scene throughout the area are the many beer festivals including, The Canada Cup of Beer, The Great Canadian Beer Festival, Hopscotch and the Okanagan Fest-of-Ale. All of these festivals provide the opportunity for sampling local products.

Sea Cider Farm & Ciderhouse

Found in Victoria, Sea Cider is a very popular choice for your hard cider needs. Handcrafted from organic ingredients, these are critically-acclaimed ciders with plenty to offer. You can take a tour, sample some of the choices and pick up your favorites before you leave the Ciderhouse.

Long Table Distillery

You may have to drive a little to get to Long Table Distillery, but it's worth it. These small-batch spirits provide great flavor and you can tell they're made with care. This was the first micro-distillery in Vancouver and provides handcrafted spirits with plenty of natural and organic ingredients.

The Whistler Brewing Company

Another one you'll have to drive to, The Whistler Brewing Company provides plenty of great tours, tastings, beer and even food. Their award-winning brews are known throughout the area and you can take tours Tuesday through Saturday at 2:30pm or 4pm. Tours include a tasting of four different brews.
