Hatley Park is found in the Greater Victoria area and provides one of the largest historic sites in the entire country. This park is home to a castle from 1908, which was owned by British Columbia premier James Dunsmuir. If you're new to the area and you want to see and experience some of the rich history, this park is a great place for a day trip.

The park covers 565 acres and is located at the southern tip of Vancouver Island. Just a short drive from downtown Victoria will land you at the park. Once you arrive, you can tour Hatley Castle, enjoy the museum, stroll through the Japanese Garden, visit the Rose Garden, enjoy the Italian Garden and so much more.
