Chef and Owners
Since 1997, owners Silvia Marcolini and Greg Hays have proudly been treating their restaurant as an extension of their home by treating people as if they are their own personal guests. Named one of the top 100 restaurants in Canada in Wine Access magazine, Hays and Marcolini are definitely doing something right with Café Brio.
Chef Laurie Mann comes to Café Brio from award-winning restaurants on the west coast. His modern take on Italian food is well received and has won him awards such as second place in EnRoute magazine’s 2004 “Best New Restaurants in Canada.”
The Food
Café Brio’s menu has modern Italian dishes that will warm your heart and your belly. Each dish can be ordered as a half order or a full order and comes with a wine suggestion to help you get the most out of your meal.
