Do you love BBQ but traditional is not really your style? Well, Hank’s Untraditional BBQ is definitely the restaurant for you! With two different locations to suit your non-traditional BBQ fancy. Fellow BBQ Lovers Guy Fieri & Bobby Flay have said “Sometimes with BBQ, nothing goes better than a beer.”

Hank's is the alcohol-fuelled brainchild of Francois Pilon and Clark Deutscher. So, pairing alcohol, a variety of quality meats, with equally amazing sides & maybe a dessert or two, who could resist? Again, with two locations one in Victoria and the other in Ucluelet both open 7 days a week from 11am to 10pm.

What’s on the Menu?

Flat out Hank’s Untraditional BBQ serves up nothing but uniqueness; yet still manages to give you that home cooked comfort food feel. From their starters to their desserts and everything in between leave no menu item untried. Seriously, dear to be adventurous because Hank’s has something to offer everyone including vegetarian and gluten friendly items to choose from for lunch and dinner.

Customer Favourites

Hank’s is building quite the following and if you tend to frequent a place naturally you will have something or several things you like more than others. So, what are some of the Hank’s first timer, regulars & “foodie” must haves?

  • Brisket and Mac & Cheese
  • Meat on Biscuits Pulled Chicken
  • Grits
  • Duck Wings

So, what are you waiting for? Go try Hank’s Untraditional BBQ for date night, the entire family or just stop in for a drink and a taste. You won’t be disappointed! Just one more thing Hank’s does have one last word of warning: their food is very flavourful, so don’t be afraid to ask questions about combinations or flavour likes and dislikes.

They want to see you have the best meal possible! Therefore, get creative and enjoy! Don’t hesitate to stop by their website or visit their Facebook page for a look at their full menu before coming in.
